Once a person has cleared the exam and achieved the CNA certification, he can join as CNA at any hospital. This gives him a permit to face the national level of professional competition. CNA certification is usually awarded for a five year period and it varies from country to the country.
Certified nursing assistants are required to work under the supervision of doctors and nurses. They also need to interact directly with the patients and should be able to address their problems. This calls for some professional training and they have to undergo CNA training where they get the CNA certification. A person with CNA certification has to pass through the CNA programs where they get trained about how to deal with the patients and react to the situation accordingly. Hence they will have some prior knowledge about the duties of a CNA. A person with CNA certification can easily enter the health care field. CNA certification creates great demand for a person.

Hello my name is Dr. Phoenix and I am a long time educator in mathematics and geomety. I started my journey in education the summer of 1998 as a professor in Japan. I did my masters in tokyo, and my PHD in Arizona. I currently have 5 children and am a professor at a local school.
My wife works in nursing as a cna doing cna training, and is currently pregnant with yet another child!! As for my children one is 1, one is 5 and one is 8. All three of them are a lot of trouble. We just got back from a weekend in Tokyo Japan I taught a ACLS seminar, It was great to be home and to share my culture with my family. It is the first time that they have been there, and it was great to show my wife all of the wonderful sites and places of my childhood.
